Presents the development in the technology and existing technical and environmental problems. According to some indexes including hydrogeologic conditions, injection mode, ratio of injection quantity to extraction quantity of ground water and flushing and washing frequency, compares present technical differences between China and Netherlands. Points out that solving clogging problem during ground water injection is the key to developing ATES and ground water source heat pumps. Emphasizes the appliance of injection technology and sealed systems to prevent ground setting and ground water being polluted. Puts forward some advices for better governmental management.
